In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for Fortigate Renewal (Specification Attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

CDWG – $12,517.26

PC Solutions – $11,497.20

MXN – $12,834.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
